SUMMARY:Finsif´s Annual Seminar
DESCRIPTION:The 2016 Seminar is built on three very topical themes. The design is educational\, inspirational and thought-provoking throughout the day. The strong core of governance and engagement is our first theme of the day with a special focus on proxy voting. This section in the agenda is very relevant for corporates and investors alike. The second theme of the day deals with the red hot technology of artificial intelligence and robotics – we take a deep dive into policy\, philosophy and the exciting opportunities with a fantastic lineup of speakers to engage us all into a lively debate and a session full of new ideas. Our 2016 environment session takes us to the Arctic Region with a field update on the developments taking place right in the ‘hot corner’ of the climate change issues. SUMMARY:The Nordic SIF meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Nordic SIF meeting will be hosted by Finsif at Restaurant Sipuli. The meeting will be open to Nordic SIF member organizations providing an excellent networking opportunity to share ideas in responsible investing in the Nordic region. \nWe will have two presentations in addition to country updates. Karin Bergbom\, Manager\, Nordic Ecolabel\, from Miljömärkt will be talking about “Nordic Swan Ecolabel Equity Funds”. Nico Fettes (CDP Europe\, Project Lead Consumer Fund Ratings) will make a presentation on ‘CLIMPAX – game changer for climate friendly investing’. CLIMPAX will develop the world’s first climate impact rating for investment funds. It is a Climate-KIC innovation project led by CDP Europe and South Pole Group.
