Anna has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, with the past ten years focused on sustainability and sustainable development. She has also been an active member of Finsif, serving both on the Board and on nomination committees. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Helsinki and an MBA from London.

Speakers
Severin is an ESG analyst in the RI team with a focus on climate and nature. He joined Nordea Asset Management in March 2022 and prior to this, he worked for Robeco as an intern in their Active ownership team. Severin holds a BA Political and Social studies from Julius-Maximilians University Wurzburg and an MSc. In Economics and Governance from Leiden University in the Netherlands.
Taraska oversees the relationship with financial institutions of strategic importance for the non-profit. Taraska helps financial institutions understand and reduce their environmental impact by encouraging the companies they finance to be transparent and take action. Among other projects, Taraska has launched the CDP Science Based Target campaign to promote 1.5°C aligned emissions reductions, and structured a partnership between CDP and eleven institutional investors for the creation of a biodiversity fund.
D.Sc. (Tech.) Satu Teerikangas is Professor of Management and Organisation at the Turku School of Economics. Her research focuses on managing strategic change. Teerikangas is also an Associate Professor at University College London, where she worked as an Assistant Professor from 2010 to 2015. She earned her doctoral degree from Aalto University in 2006 and has worked for Shell in the Netherlands and Scotland. Currently, Teerikangas serves as Deputy Director of the Biodiversity-respecting leadership (BIODIFUL) research consortium, funded by Finland’s Strategic Research Council (2021–2027). She has also been recognised as a leadership educator at the University of Turku.
Moderators
Emma has several years of experience in the financial sector and in responsible investment. In recent years, she has specialised particularly in climate change and climate target-setting in the financial sector, biodiversity, and EU regulation. She has also been an active member of Finsif’s Data and science working group. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Vaasa. She has also completed a specialist programme in climate expertise at the University of Helsinki.
Juho is an ESG Analyst at S-Bank Wealth Management and a doctoral researcher at the University of Jyväskylä. His research focuses on the quantitative assessment of nature-related impacts and dependencies of investment funds. Through both his professional and academic work, he explores how biodiversity-related considerations can be integrated into investment analysis, risk management, and decision-making.
