Max Boucher is FAIRR’s Head of Nature and Ocean programmes, having led the investor network’s research and engagements on these themes since 2021. Prior to this, he spent 8 years with Bloomberg's Intelligence research group where he was an equity research analyst covering consumer staples and discretionary sectors before focusing on ESG and sustainable finance. Max is also a CFA charterholder.

Jussi Herlin serves as Executive Vice Chair of the Board at KONE Corporation, a global leader in People Flow solutions and a pioneer in sustainable urban development. Prior to this, he worked as Strategy Development Manager within KONE’s Strategy and Market Intelligence team. In addition, Jussi holds board positions in several organizations, including Security Trading Oy, Holding Manutas Oy, and Technology Industries of Finland.
Kaisa Hietala is an experienced business and sustainability executive who helps companies to transform the challenges of environmental megatrends into business opportunities and growth. She is also the Founder and Chair of Greencode Ventures investing in digital green transition in Europe and serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Oulu University.
Timo’s career has spanned finance, media, service design, and venture capital. He has built a strong foundation in impact investing, particularly in DeepTech sectors and the Blue Economy. Currently, he serves as Chair of TS-Yhtymä (TS Group), an investment and media company. As the Partner and Co-founder of A’Pelago, his focus is on spearheading science-based business initiatives to restore sea regions and drive economic vitality.
Magdalena Kettis is Director at Nordea Asset Management. Her role includes leading human rights work, proxy voting and thematic engagement. She was a founding member of the Corporate Human Rights Benchmark. Her previous sustainability work includes leading positions at Norges Bank Investment Management and at Coca-Cola Enterprises Sweden and Norway. She is a member of various advisory boards and expert groups.
Hanna Klinge oversees global operations and core functions as Deputy CEO of CMI – Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation. Previously, she was Country Director of the British Council Finland, managing a broad institutional portfolio of international programmes, policy dialogue initiatives, and publications. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (UK) and a Board Member of the Peace Dividend Initiative in Geneva (CH).
Tomas is a management consulting professional and ESG Advisory Partner with more than 20 years of experience, of which 13 years as Partner of KPMG, heading KPMG Finland’s Sustainable Finance and Corporate Sustainability Services. Tomas leads the cluster of KPMG Nordic ESG services and is member of the Steering Committee for KPMG’s EMA ESG Hub. He has led KPMG’s Sustainable Finance Services, and KPMG Sweden’s Sustainability Advisory services.
Jan Petersson is Senior Portfolio Manager at AP4 fund, which he joined in October 2020. Previously, Jan was Chief Executive Officer and partner of Tellus Fonder and held several sales and portfolio management roles. Jan is an experienced CEO and board professional with a history of working in the financial services industry. He is skilled in equity research, asset management, equities, capital markets, and asset allocation.
Linda Piirto works as a Lead, Supply Chains & Governance for the UN Global Compact Network Finland. She has extensive experience in human rights due diligence, anti-corruption, and EU sustainability legislation. Her role includes public speaking, content development, and coaching companies on sustainable business. Before joining the UN Global Compact Finland, she worked for 15 years for the Finnish Government.
Puro has served as CEO of Tradeka Cooperative and Tradeka Group Ltd since 2012. He has led Tradeka’s transformation into a modern cooperative focused on meaningful ownership.
Tradeka owns four consumer service companies and an investment company with approximately €600 million in assets. Puro also chairs the boards of all subsidiaries. Sustainability is a core focus, and Tradeka is a founding member of FINSIF.
Peter Seligson is the Chairman of the Board of A. Ahlström Oy. He has extensive experience in finance and investment, having served as Managing Director of Alfred Berg Finland and as a partner at Seligson & Co Oyj. Known for his commitment to sustainability and long-term value creation, he advocates for responsible business practices and innovation across the forest and environmental technology sectors.
Petteri is a marine scientist. Before returning to Finland in 2014, he conducted research for over a decade in the USA and Australia, and his work has been cited in IPCC assessment reports since 2007. He chairs the national committee on oceanic research and the UN Northern Oceans Region Panel. Petteri frequently consults with various interest groups and the media on topics related to oceans and climate.
Ville Voipio is Chair of the Boards of Vaisala and Technology Industries of Finland and Professor of Practice in Sustainable Global Business at the University of Turku. He works at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and long-term economic growth. Voipio has spent his career working with companies and investors navigating clean and digital transitions. He is also an active public commentator on growth, ownership, and sustainability.
Jennifer Wu leads efforts at the City of London Corporation to strengthen the City’s role as a global hub for green and sustainable finance and supports the UK’s net zero transition. She also serves as lead of the secretariat for the UK Transition Finance Council. Previously, she held senior sustainable investing roles at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and BlackRock, and worked at the Asian Development Bank.

Annika Esono Manninen
Annika has led OP Asset Management’s responsible investment function since 2019. In her role as Head of ESG, she is responsible for integrating ESG across all asset classes and drives the strategic direction of responsible investing. Previously, Annika worked at Accenture, MSCI ESG Research and FactSet. Annika has a board position in St1 Nordic Oy.
Meri Kallasvuo
Meri Kallasvuo acts as Research Programme Director at Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) and Strategic Research Council (STN). She leads research programmes that focus on sustainable natural resource use solutions. Kallasvuo has a strong background in multidisciplinary research and science brokering, and she actively promotes dialogue between science, industry and decision-making.
Nina Rudanko
Nina Rudanko serves as the Chief Financial Officer of IPR.VC Management Oy, where she is responsible for the firm’s and its managed funds’ responsible investment practices, sustainability reporting, and the development of the company’s internal sustainability. She has extensive experience in the finance and investment sector, having previously worked at Nasdaq, Vauraus and Greenstep.
Maria Simon
Maria Simon is an experienced leader in sustainability and investment management, with international experience spanning both institutional investors and asset managers in the U.S. and Europe. Since June 2023, Maria Simon has directed Nasdaq’s data product development for sustainability and trading solutions.
Hanna Roberts
Hanna Roberts is Senior Vice President of ESG Products, responsible for the entire suite of Sustainalytics’ Stewardship Services. She leads an expanding team of Engagement Managers and oversees product development, among other things. Previously, Hanna was CEO of GES, and also focused on human rights, business and economic relations, and internal organizational leadership and governance at Amnesty International.
